Chemical dosing device is a complete set of devices for injecting chemical solution into various systems in thermal power plants, petroleum and chemical fields. According to its working nature, it can be divided into chemical dosing of boiler water, feedwater dosing, wastewater dosing, circulating water dosing, condensate and water pretreatment dosing, or systems similar to the above conditions. The chemical dosing device is composed of metering pump, solution tank, metering tank, pipeline delivery pump, pipe system, valve, liquid level electrode, buffer, filter, agitator, control cabinet, low pressure power plate and other components, and is concentrated on a common base, forming an independent unit, with the advantages of small floor area and convenient operation.

The dosing amount of the dosing device is realized by the metering pump. The parameters such as flow and pressure to be output by the metering pump can be selected according to the requirements of the process flow. The volume of solution tank can be selected from 0.2-20m °.

The adjustment of dosing amount of dosing device can be divided into manual control, remote control, automatic control or program control through computer.

◎ Phosphate dosing device

Through the metering pump, quantitatively inject phosphate solution into the boiler drum to maintain a certain amount of phosphate radical in the water, complete the phosphate treatment of the boiler water or coordinate the phosphate treatment to prevent the formation of scale, and also play a role in preventing alkaline corrosion.

◎ Ammonia dosing device

Ammonia and hydrogenated amine are added into the feedwater or circulating water to maintain its feedwater or circulation within a certain PH range. The acidic substances in the water are integrated to alleviate the acidic corrosion of the acidic substances on the thermal system, and can also effectively reduce the iron and copper content in the thermal system.

◎ Hydrazine dosing device

Add the industrial water and hydrazine solution to the inlet of the feed pump, the outlet of the deaerator or the water storage tank of the deaerator with a metering pump to remove the dissolved oxygen in the feed water to prevent the oxygen corrosion in the water stop system and the formation of iron scale and copper scale in the boiler.

◎ Acid (alkali) dosing metering device

The regeneration system used for ion exchange measures the acid and alkali solution. The solution in the tank can be mixed by air stirring or hydraulic stirring device.

Scope of application: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hypochlorite, sodium chloride, lye.

◎ Coagulant dosing device

It is used for coagulation and coagulation aid system in water pretreatment. The metering pump quantitatively adds coagulant and auxiliary agent into the sedimentation tank to complete the sedimentation treatment of raw water.

Scope of application: aluminum sulfate, alum, sodium aluminate, aminoacrylic acid, polyacrylamide.

◎ Coating device

It is used to inject ferrous sulfate solution into the copper tube of condenser to form a protective film containing iron compound on the inner wall of the copper tube to improve the impact corrosion, dezincification corrosion and stress corrosion ability of cooling water on the copper tube.

This device can make film once when the condenser is shut down, and can also make film continuously when the condenser is running.
